One Tree	Normal	Slay Mephisto holding at least 4 skills, all of one tree (a Paladin's auras all of one tree too).	Book of Skill	+1 to all skills of one tree
The Search for Cain	Nightmare	Find and rescue Deckard Cain, in Nightmare.	Akara's Ring	A rare ring, item level 28
The High Council	Nightmare	Slay all six of the High Council in one Act III.	Token of Absolution	Your Books and Tomes to read again
Duriel in Thirty	Nightmare	Slay Duriel within 30 seconds of his coming.	Lam Esen's Tome	+5 to one attribute
