What they do

Cain hangs in a gibbet in Tristram until you free him in the Search for Cain. From then on he stands in the Rogue Encampment and hands over the rewards of his quests.

  • Q opens D2's Quest Log (or the mini panel's button): a tab each for Normal, Nightmare, Hell and Terror.
  • A finished quest reads "Return to Deckard Cain for your reward" until you talk to him.
  • His rewards stay with your hero when Akara starts her over at level 1.
