The captured Faster Cast Rate helper converts a stat total F into effective recharge speed using 160 × F / (F + 120), then a bounded duration multiplier. For nonnegative F, the multiplier is 100 / min(200, 100 + 160 × F / (F + 120)).

Practical use

Compare another damage bonus with the smaller marginal gain from additional cast rate. Recharge improvements can help coverage, but do not automatically resolve a missing catalyst or a poor skill combination.
